Custom software for CRM workflow gaps

Dissatisfied with
your CRM?

Appunite designs, builds, and rolls out custom internal software. We work with your operational specialists and technical lead to define the CRM your team needs, connect it to the relevant systems, and put it into use.

The scope can cover a custom CRM or an extension to your existing system. We agree what to build around the workflow you need to improve.

What the business needs Your rules. Your workflow.

Where work gets stuck

How much of the work happens outside your CRM?

Your business has its own rules, relationships, and exceptions. When the CRM cannot support them, people copy data, maintain spreadsheets, and chase decisions across tools.

  • Preparing a renewal

Contract terms, usage, licenses, and delivery status sit in different systems. Someone has to collect and reconcile them before the account review. Conflicting records leave the team checking which version to trust.

  • Passing a closed sale to delivery

The receiving team needs the agreed scope, commitments, and exceptions. When those details do not travel with the deal, people search documents and chase the sales team before work can start.

  • Acting on product usage

Usage data needs to match the right account, eligibility rules, and person responsible for follow-up. If the systems cannot make those connections, someone matches exports and assigns the work manually.

  • Approving a non-standard quote

Pricing rules and exceptions live in spreadsheets and approval threads. Once a decision is made, someone copies the terms back into the CRM and checks that the versions agree.

  • Keeping a workaround running

A script or prototype supports a missing step, but engineers still monitor sync jobs and repair imports. Keeping it running takes time away from other work.

We define which of these steps the software should handle, which decisions stay with people, and how your team will check the result. Each engagement covers an agreed implementation scope.

One working team

The people who run the pipeline build it with us.

Revenue Operations, representative users, technical owners, and Appunite work from the same model and review the same evidence.

Your organization's domain expertise and Appunite's implementation expertise join in one working team. Together, we model the workflow. Appunite builds the software, your owners accept it against agreed criteria, and we transfer the agreed software, access, documentation, and operating knowledge to your team.

Partner fit

See if Appunite fits your initiative.

Discuss the software gaps and manual work you want to address, whether Appunite fits your implementation, and what the next step would require.

Built from inside the work / System intelligence

We take a defined initiative all the way to accepted software your organization owns.

A defined target

The workflow, consequence, accountable owner, technical co-owner, and decision horizon are explicit enough to qualify the initiative and establish who can make decisions and accept the result.

01Understand the real workMake the rules, handoffs, and exceptions visible.

02Build a shared understandingDomain and technical experts shape the model and implementation together.

03Leave a system you can ownSoftware accepted against agreed criteria. The code and knowledge stay with you.

  1. 01Define the target

Confirm the workflow, consequence, accountable owner, technical co-owner, and decision horizon.

Output: qualified initiative and stakeholder map.
  2. 02Map the real workflow

Make definitions, systems, handoffs, exceptions, controls, and ownership explicit.

Output: shared workflow and system boundary.
  3. 03Build the roadmap

Define milestones, acceptance criteria, dependencies, responsibility, and change rules. This step may recommend proceeding, reshaping, sourcing differently, or stopping.

    Output: a client-owned Implementation Report.
  4. 04Implement and accept

Appunite implements each agreed increment and supplies evidence. RevOps and technical owners review it against the agreed context and criteria.

Output: working increments and accepted milestones.
  5. 05Release into operation

Prepare users, operating owners, support boundaries, and agreed stabilization for the live weekly cycle.

Output: deployed software and readiness evidence.
  6. 06Measure and transfer

Review what changed, record what remains unresolved, and transfer the assets and knowledge to named owners.

Output: evidence review and signed ownership transfer.

Are your current tools holding you back?

We can help you navigate your transition.

Bring the software gap you want to address. Discuss the implementation you have in mind, whether Appunite fits, and what the next step would require.

Start with the business need, one example of the manual work, and your decision window. The call does not commit you to a workshop or build.

Questions a shortlist has to answer

What does Appunite build?
Custom internal software for the business rules and workflows your existing tools do not adequately support. We agree one bounded implementation result, then design, build, release, and transfer it to your team. The examples above are not a promise to rebuild the whole revenue stack in one engagement.
Do we have to replace our CRM?
No. We can define a custom CRM or retain your existing CRM and extend or connect it to dedicated software. The boundary depends on your business requirements, existing systems, and ownership constraints.
Is this staff augmentation?
No. Appunite takes responsibility for the agreed implementation. If you want developers to join a backlog that your team continues to direct, that is a different engagement model.
Do we need a complete specification before speaking?
No. Bring the business need, examples of the manual work, and any requirements or prototype you already have. The paid Product Workshop defines the implementation scope before committing to the build.
What does the paid Product Workshop produce?
A client-owned implementation plan covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, responsibilities, acceptance, readiness, and transfer. You review and accept the plan before the implementation is agreed. If implementation proceeds, the workshop fee is credited against the first milestone under the agreed terms.
How are scope, price, and changes handled?
Each milestone has an agreed scope, acceptance criteria, and fixed price before its work begins, and is payable after acceptance. Material changes are rescoped and repriced before the affected work starts. Total cost and timing depend on the scope and dependencies established during planning.
Who needs to participate?
The engagement needs a workflow owner and technical co-owner, representative users, access to the relevant systems, and timely decisions and acceptance. Your organization retains business authority, sustained use, and long-term stewardship. The first call establishes what participation the next step would require.
Will we depend on Appunite after handover?
We transfer the agreed software, documentation, access, and operating knowledge, with ownership rights, provider restrictions, and available export or rebuild paths made explicit. Maintenance, support, and incident response require a separate agreement.
When is Appunite the right fit?
You have a material software gap, custom software or an extension is your intended route, and you need an external implementation partner. The initiative needs a decision window, funding for the workshop and implementation, accountable owners, and capacity to participate.
What if configuration, integration, or our own team is enough?
Then that may be the better route. Routine CRM administration, training, data cleanup, straightforward integration, and requests only for extra developers do not need this engagement. Broad redesign of how several functions operate also needs a different starting point.
Do you guarantee adoption or business results?
Appunite owns the contracted implementation and evidence of the intended improvement. Your organization retains the authority and responsibilities for participation, organizational decisions, sustained use, and the ultimate business result.
What happens after the call?
If the initiative and Appunite fit, we can propose a paid Product Workshop. Otherwise, the next step may be another route or a decision to wait. Booking the call does not commit you to a workshop or build.

This page uses local fonts and assets. It measures how the page is used with PostHog, and uses Snitcher to look up the company that owns the network address you are visiting from, so we can see which organisations read this page. Both start when the page loads and both are turned off together from the notice at the bottom. Form fields are masked in session recordings and the description you write is never sent as an event property.

Sending an inquiry posts it to Appunite and stores it in our CRM, together with the page you arrived on and any campaign parameters that were in the link. Your IP address is recorded with it. We use that to reply to you and to understand which campaigns bring the right conversations. The form is checked by Google reCAPTCHA to keep automated submissions out, which shares request details with Google under its own privacy practices.

The meeting scheduler loads automatically and connects you to Roam, which handles scheduling under its own privacy practices. The production privacy notice and campaign attribution still require release review.
